Deborah Connolly is a thought leader in the human development field, an experiential workshop facilitator and the founder of Creative Leadership Coaching. She is known for her bold, unconventional approach to leadership, which has been proven by 16 years of experience of inspiring individuals to find both the insight and means to their personal and professional goals. Her dedication to creative thought processes remains at the center of her method in working with each new client and experience. Deborah partners with individuals, executives, and entrepreneurs who are committed to realizing bold and sustainable development.

Deborah holds a Masters of Fine Arts from The University of Iowa Writers' Workshop, Professional Coactive Coach credentials from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and is an active member of The International Coach Federation. She is also a successful entrepreneur and active CEO of her international textile design, marketing and sales company. She lives in New York, absorbing constant inspiration, with her husband and their 3 children.
